Tepidarium
The first step is the Turkish bath: a combination of steam and heat to help purify the skin. The properties of steam stimulate the elimination of dead cells and toxins, reactivating circulation and regenerating our skin.
Calidarium
The heart of the hammam is the sauna: a steam bath that promotes sweating to stimulate fluid loss and make the skin glow.
Frigidarium
The last part of the circuit: a regenerating bath in a pool of lukewarm water to close the pores and tone the skin.
